  1. eat protein and hydrate your body
  2. When you work muscles out they get lots of tiny tears in them, and it's the healing of the tears that makes the muscles bigger. If you work them out again the very next day without giving them time to heal they'll just tear more and more and you'll lose muscle instead. Also, you need plenty of protein to help heal those muscles in the most efficient way possible. Very few people actually eat enough protein! If you're working out a protein shake is probably a good idea, unless you're already eating a ton of meat or eggs.
  3. ok because only doing 50-100 isn't enough, i have six pack abs and good leg muscles trust me, how bout you try this for a change.
    Do:
1 minute: Crunches (you should get a miniumn of 120 done at least a minute)
1 minute: side crunches to left leg
1: minute of side crunches to right leg
1: minutue of situps to knees( put your legs at a 90 degree angle do situps
1 minute: leg ins, push your knees towards your chest
    1 minute: of leg ups
    1 minute of: situps
1 minute of curl crunches or just normal crunches
1 minute of suicides or squats

also go for a 20 minute run or swim every day because this helps your cardio and by running it builds up your leg muscles and burns many calories which give your ab and all your muscles definiton.
Hope this helps, also it depends how much body fat you have you but remeber it takes time for muscle development.
    Good Luck :)

  4. you have been doing exactly who wants to LOSE weight.

your metabolism is higher than normal people.
you should NOT aerobics type of exercises THAT you have been doing.

in order to gain MUSCLE then REPS should be between 8-12
your crunches are fine you can continue do so.but not every day.

body push ups are too easy for you if you can high reps.
since you are doing at home then you have to be creative
such as one hand push ups, single leg squats,

and other guys right. do legs ones a week, and do chest once a week the back once a week. ( go to park and do chin ups with bar if you can find it) if not again creative, one single leg one hand dead lift with your dumbbells. do full body exercise in a week. don't do that same rutine every workout.

each workout should not be more than 30min.

eat more food, real food not supplements, rice, breads, MEAT, vegs.
    and drink water a lot.

    sleep 8 hours a day.

don't do workout everyday, do every OTHER day.

  5. you are an idiot i agree with the first guy.Doing the same damn thing every day wont get you anywhere and you are just doing body weight training and some small dumbbells.
  6. idk
  7. Your whole schedule. If your doing the same thing everyday your body gets used to it so it doesn't grow. Also your muscles need a day of rest so if you don't rest you don't give them time to grow. Also you have to make sure you eat a lot too. You have to eat about 1 gram of protein for each pound you weigh to get bigger.
  8. You can't gain muscle mass unless you gain body weight.

Muscles are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.

Use your head and you will get bigger and stronger.

I know you don't want to hear it, but you can't get bigger and stronger just by working out harder and harder. If you gain a pound a week, while lifting heavy, you will succeed; it's that simple.

  9. well keep working it takes time to develop results
uhm after a few monthes of solid trainig try some weights those always help
like do Bench press, squat, power clean
    they help alot
    keep on a good routine
you also have to eat healthy to make the muscles show
and you never look like you change to yourself so you could be alot bigger and just havent realized it yet
    hope i helped
  10. foolish boy dont work out the same muscle every day
  11. don't do so many at once
do different exercises for the muscle group you are working
also up the ante. If you want muscle bulk go with 60-80% of your one repition maximum on an exercise
you could also hire a trainer
