Ways To Lose Muscle Mass on Purpose
‘Losing Muscle Mass‘ : Politically Incorrect
Of this I am sure. You always hear people say slim down. I’m as guilty as anyone. I just think that people don’t address the subject properly. The fact is that it does make sense for some people to lose muscle on purpose.
“Aren’t We All Suppose To Gain as Much Muscle as Possible?”
I hear people talking about losing fat, or losing weight, but rarely about losing muscle. In a negative sense, is the way that the term “lose muscle” is used. Actually, by following what the mainstream media says, gaining muscle is much better than losing muscle.
Nine Years Ago, I Lost Over 25 Pounds of Muscle
I spent over 12 years attempting to get as big as I could through working out. I quickly grew tired of dragging that extra weight around; I couldn’t find appropriate clothing, and I always felt slow. Eventually, I discovered that it was obvious that I was trying too hard, and my look was not attractive as it could be. It took me close to a year to slim down. Now that I have less muscle to lug around, these last nine years I have felt and looked better than ever. This is my strategy.
Dropping Resistance Training : Legs
This one was a tough decision, because guys who only train their upper bodies can be a subject of ridicule. When you have large legs, just about any kind of resistance style exercise will allow you to maintain that size. I tried light weights or just doing things like lunges. Low rep training was also tried. Generally, training with low repetitions won’t noticeable increase muscle mass, but where legs are concerned, employ more caution.
Best Muscle Loss Techniques : Marathon Cardio
If you’ve decided to try to lose your muscle mass, you should try ‘Marathon Cardio’ exercises. Jump on a treadmill and do a medium to high intensity steady state cardio for an extended period of time. Aim for 45-60 minutes at as fast as rate as you can handle for that period of time. Boxers usually use marathon cardio to get to their appropriate weights. It involves a high level of intensity and long periods of time, so boxers sometimes call it ‘road work’.
Speeding Up Muscle Loss with a Calorie Deficit, With a Low Calorie Diet
By consuming less calories during this time period, you can really see results faster, just don’t over do it. Heck, I like to go low-cal a few times a year just to give my digestive system a break and detox a bit. To do this, start exercising on an empty stomach, and avoid eating until around two hours after your workout to eat again.
