2. Have breakfast – studies have shown that people between ages 21-45 are going lengthly periods of time in the morning without food. One solution is to have a smoothie or other calorific enriched drink first thing in the morning.
3. Kick out the sugar – whether you like it or not, sugars are in almost every fat building food that you eat. Not all, though, are simple sugars (most easily absorbed by the body) which in itself can cause conflicted signals to the body as a whole, which can negate your efforts of a fat loss nutrition nature.
4. Try not to eat processed foods – which is why you now see a large proportion of canned/bottled foods with "extra" spicing contained in them – the food is tasteless and has little nutritional value.
5. Whenever possible do prepare your own food with a view to storage – that turkey chili will last just fine for 2/3 weeks in your freezer with no special additions or packaging necessary.
6. Try to ensure you have a balanced meal, with protein, carbs and ‘healthy’ fat (naturally occurring) rather than all carrots one day, all bacon the next etc…
7. Eat more, more often – rather, try to have small nutritional meals throughout the day, rather than three heavy meals.
8. Drink copious amounts of water – toxins and waste matter needs flushing from bloodstream, and your body requires hydration to simply function?
For fat loss nutrition and its place in your diet along with an effective fat loss program, these simple little steps will go a long way to making things easier and better for you long term.
