Two Easy Ways To Build Muscle Now

Build muscle now that is what all aspiring bodybuilders wish to do. They want progress they want to get huge, they wan to look impressive and strong maybe to gain respect from peers, to impress the ladies or maybe to excel in a sport but they all want to build muscle now! Well there are only so many times you can go to the gym pump iron and try to get huge in a week. However there are plenty of other less noted but no less productive ways to build muscles now and to keep building muscle whilst you are not in the gym. Here are just two simple ones:

1) Educate yourself. by learning more and more about how to build muscle mass you will be finding shortcuts to success. For example if you thought that pumping iron everyday made you huge you would probably do it. However a more experienced trainer informed you that it was actually bad for muscle building so you stopped doing it. This improved your progress. If noone else had not informed you of the error of training then you might have continued to do so for a great deal longer. This example is very simple but I am convinced there are things that you are doing that are restricting your progress. education can speed this process up a great deal. so you don’t believe what I am saying, alright then who out there reading this works-out for longer than 45 minutes per session? Yeah quite a lot of people. a bit of muscle building education would soon make you realise that training for longer than this causes the body to release a hormone that actually restricts muscle building. Imagine how much potential muscle you have lost if you have been working out for longer than 45 minutes for the last couple of years. Oh well you are aware of this now and can make better muscle building progress now. Education is the key!

2) Visuailse. This sounds like an odd one but trust me if it is good enough for professional athletes then it is probably good enough for you to at least try.As you do visualisation exercises you are transmitting strong signals to your sudconscious mind about just how you want you future life to be. Visualising yourself huge and massive sends these messages to your subconscious. What then happens is that your ‘Reticular Activating System’ (which is the part of our brain that lets us notice certain things and not others) directs our attention to the things in our daily life that will help you achieve your goal of getting huge and divert our attention away from things that will limit our progress. Try visualisation for just 10 minutes each and everyday and really see yourself looking and feeling the way you wish to with as much detail as you can think of. Focus purely on the belief and feeling that your goal has been achieved by you already. You will notice your behvaiour patterns changing if you do this consistently. It may take up to a month for this process to start to work but for some the effects can start straightaway. However your lifestyle will become much more in tune with your new goals of building lean muscle mass and this will all happen naturally.

By following just these two building muscle tips I can almost guarantee that you will improve your ability to build muscle mass fast. Go and give them a try, what have you got to lose.
