But its not assured that all those exercises are deemed to have a great effect on our abdomen so its better to find the one and stick with the one which actually works for us. I will share my experience on getting my abs tight but no matter what the workout is, it all depends on our focus to stick with them until we reach the goal of getting great abs.</p>

<p> Working out atleast twice a week is good enough to develop your abdominal muscles. Don&#8217;t forget to supplement this exercise with a good diet.</p>
<p> For all of the easy ab exercises, you will have to suck in your belly to activate your transversus abdominal, the muscle that should always trigger before any other core muscle.</p>
<p> The easiest 3 workouts that can be performed in your house are listed here :</p>
<p> 1) Crunches<br /> 2) Standing Side Bends<br /> 3) Double crunches</p>
<p> Workout 1 &#8211; Crunches</p>
<p> Rest down on your back. Now raise your body slowly with your legs fixed, your body must be at an angle of 45 degree don&#8217;t forget to  breathe during this process. Don&#8217;t pull on your neck, as this can lead to forward head posture, neck pain and, in extreme cases, migraine headaches. Be in this position for 2 to 3 secs and then return to your normal position.</p>
<p> Proposed repetitions : 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.</p>
<p> Easy ab exercises 2 &#8211; Standing side bends</p>
<p> Stand up straight and suck in your stomach. Don&#8217;t fold your legs and place your hands on the hip and bend from left to right. Make sure you don&#8217;t rotate at the hips; or else keep your body in forward facing position and sway your body from left to right. This mainly helps in developing your side abdominal and lower back muscles .</p>
<p> Proposed Repetition : 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.</p>
<p> Workout 3 &#8211; Double crunches</p>
<p> It is a combination of knee raise and crunches and helps in developing lower abdominal region.</p>
<p> Rest on the back with your leg raised wiyh your calf muscle parallel to the floor. Breath in and lift your body from the floor at an angle of 45 degree and stay still for 2 to 3 secs and then return back to your normal position. Once again, make sure not to pull your neck. Hold the contraction for 2 to 3 seconds and slowly return to the starting position.</p>
<p> Recommended Reps : 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps.</p>

<p> For the first exercise, you need to lie down with your back on the floor, both of your legs outstretched, and the hands placed on the sides. Now raise your leg for about 45 degree from the ground and get back your leg to normal position.. Repeat this continously for 10 or 15 times and then relax. Then go for the next exercise or you can go for the same for another set.</p>
<p> By staying on the floor keep the hands at the back of your head.Raise your head by giving support with your hands. In the same posture, bend your knees, bringing the legs close towards the stomach before stretching the legs out again. Your legs should not completely go down onto the floor. Repeat this for atleast 10 times. After finishing this, try out for other exercises.</p>
<p> Now lie down in the same position as that of the previous exercise with hands resting beneath the head. With knees pointing outward and both the toes touching each other bend your knees. With your buttocks as the pivot move your legs. You could feel the lower abs being stretched. This is a indication that the exercise is being done in a perfect manner.</p>
<p> While the aim is to improve the lower abs, you must not overdo the exercises as well. You can&#8217;t feel the change right after working out it takes days to develop. Don&#8217;t go for higher counts at the beginning itself start with less counts and then increase it bit by bit. If, at any point during the exercises, you begin to feel even a slight discomfort or pain, you may want to stop because you might be doing something wrong. Breathing is important while doing the exercises.</p>

<p> A lots of theories are about getting a fatless abs. Others may be right, a few may be erroneous. Whatever they believe in, these 4 myths about abs exercises must make sense in helping them do the appropriate things:</p>
<p> 1.Abs exercises will give best results if done every day. This myth is risky. Just like training your biceps and triceps, abs exercises causes wear and tear of muscles if without rest. They all apply the same degree of quick to slow twitching of muscles. Muscles grow when they are relaxed, thus doing your abs exercises every day will shortchange yourself of consequences. Therfore daily work out damages your muscle.</p>
<p> 2.Fat-free tummy is obtained by perfect training. Spot reduction is highly impossible. Just concentrating on abs alone does not give a perfect shape. Cardio is a must to burn extra calories it must be the major part of your exercise. Abs exercises develop muscles, so if you only do them without cardio, tendency is that your fat will be lying underneath the muscles. Burn the fat first and develop muscles after.</p>
<p> 3.Support your body by keeping your hand on the head while doing crunches. This is untrue. Don&#8217;t place your hands close to your head as may tend to flex the neck muscles instead of contracting abdominal muscles. Repeating this for a lot of time will also lead to serious injuries that cannot even be cured. Your hands and elbows must cross each other in front of your chest instead. You can also place your fist at your ears.</p>
<p> 4.The lower and upper abs muscles are independent. Again, this doesn&#8217;t tell the truth. It is a single muscle layer. They are not separate. Whatever abs exercises you are executing, they target all abdominal spots. Although there are workouts that target more attention to the lower or upper abs, but still they aren&#8217;t separate. For upper abs, you can do crunch that takes the chest toward your pelvic. Reverse crunches helps to focus on the lower.</p>
<p> These myths should tell the dos and donts. So take note of them so that you aren&#8217;t risking yourself by trying to get your six-pack  in a jiffy.</p>
