Put an end to your love handle worries
Sometimes you just wish for a break when you must waste hours picking the perfect clothes that will hide your love handles every time you go somewhere. Love handles, or the more insulting name barrel drum, is one of the most visible imperfections in terms of the human figure. And the unpleasant thing is they stay for a bigger period of time compared to other fats in your body.
This layer of fat coiled around your midsection is there for a number of reasons. Being a couch potato is the primary explanation.
