Im 5'7 and weigh 140 how do i turn my fat into muscle if i cant afford any equipment or gyms

  1. Eat lots of protein foods, (meat, fish, eggs, nuts) to build muscle. Eat vegetables for fibre to attack the fat tissue. Look around your home… there are many items that you can use for weights. Books, chairs, tables, beds, wood logs, tyres, tool box and so on. A couple of bricks tied to gether can be used for arm curls, stand at the end of the bed and lift it up bending the knees, squats! A back pack filled with books can be used when you do push-ups. Go for a walk with the same back pack. Climb a stariwell. There are many things available to you at home and down the park. Enjoy it. Life is good.
  2. There is only 1 way to do this: Walk, Run or Ride every single day for 30 minutes. Don't drink soda or whole milk. Drink water, tea, unsweetened juice drinks. Eat mostly chicken, fish and various meats. Eat fruits. Before you walk or ride; Have a plain bagel. Bring water with you.

    1st thing that will happen is your extra weight will drop off. Then miraculously you will start to see muscles appear. Once most of your extra weight is off, you will need to eat a little more protein like eggs, skim milk and chicken and your muscles will grow.

  3. Push Ups, Sit Ups, dips, chin/pull ups for starters. Elevated push ups for a more advanced workout. Running stairs (local football stadium). Use phone books or other "big" books for resistance. Diet and cardio are important when wanting to "Get Bigger". JUst remember when you pack on the bulk, later when you loose the need to be big, it is hard to maintain your size.
  4. For your legs, run/ride your bike a few times a week and for upper body do plenty of pushups and try to find a way to do pullups. Also, consume plenty of protein daily but also drink PLENTY of water. Building muscles takes time so be patient with it and never give up.
  5. Push-ups you can do without spending money, crunches, running, pull ups or even jumping-jacks. You have to have the drive to do these things. If you honestly want to loose weight and gain muscle you have to do what you can, when you can. Don't forget to stretch! GOOD LUCK!
