I’m Going To Grow My Muscles Because I Don’t Have a Bum.
Growing butt muscles (glutes) is important.
All my life people have been telling me I don’t have a bum. Is having no bum the same as having some sort of deformity?
I’ve always been of the opinion that me having no bum was a good thing. That is, until I got a gut and I STILL don’t have a bum. It makes it real hard to keep your pants up. Also, I gather that having a small butt is not attractive to the opposite sex.
There’s a heap of young people who walk around with their pants down around the bottom of their bum and their undies hanging out. The crutch of their pants is down near their knees. Some of them have their pants so low and tight, they have to sort of waddle like a duck when they walk. It’s a fashion statement, I think.
Hell, I’ve been wearing my pants like that for 25 years. Only my undies don’t hang out because I tuck my shirt in. It’s cost me a fortune over the years because I have to have the legs on all my jeans and trousers cut short.
It’s because I don’t have any butt muscles. Well, now I know I have to grow some butt muscles. Some of the research I’ve been doing on growing my butt muscles has said that squats can help. If that was the case, the other day, after doing a heap of squats, shouldn’t my butt have been sore…. not just my thighs?
The butt has some of the largest muscles in the body (well, on some people).
Gluteus Maximus (biggest butt muscle)
Gluteus Medius (middle sized butt muscle)
Gluteus Minimus (smallest butt muscle)
Underneath them is a group of several muscles that are hip rotators.
I will continue my research into growing myself some butt muscles and report in the next post the best way I’ve found to go about it.
There’s a site I’ve found that has lots of short movie clips that show you simply, how to do all types of exercise. I love it. Check out Global Health and Fitness for 2 free e-books and more!
