I wanna grow my muscles?

I'm 16 and skinny. I wanna grow my muscles but gym around here are kinda expensive. What can I do? I don't have gym equipments here in our house and I only have 5lbs. dumbbells. What routine should I do?

  1. do p90x. its a qorkout program and u only need 15 lb weights or whatever. no home gym or expensive ****. u gotta buy the dvds tho not sure how much that costs i just use my friends. but it works. or if u have no money like me just start with a certain number of push ups per night and crunches, maybe just still go out and buy 20 pund dumbells there not that expensive and just do this simple stuff like every other day. keep a tally and each time try and one up your last. itll work. there was some football player whos name escapes me that got totally ripped on just purely crunches and pushups. i have been skinny all my life and are still pretty skinny. only about halfway through that workout plan i mentioned but its giving me results, but remember wutever u do u wont get ANY results unless u eat right and like 4 times a day. eat smaller portions but more often and throw some protein in there. an energy drink right after u workout will help as well.

  2. The gym isn't really your best choice..go outside and do some work, or do sit ups push ups pull ups or do as many curls with your 5 pound dumbbell until you cant stand it no more. Stay off the fat food…that doesn't help eat vegies and protein(meat). My brother used to be very skinny at 160 pounds in senior in high school. until he tried Whey protein, before every work out he drank Whey protein, now he weights 230 pounds mostly muscle

    PS dont drink that Whey protein and not work out.

  3. You need to get The Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building by Arnold Schwarzenegger. This book contains every piece of information pertaining to lifting weights and putting on muscle. It will answer every question you could possibly have about body building.
  4. umm you should start off with pushups

    like do them half way until you get stronger

    and eat every 2 hours

    carbs and protein

    get some weights it would really help man!
