4 Tips to Putting on a Huge Amount of Muscle
How do you gain weight fast? Most people that have asked question usually have a tough time putting on muscle. It is frustrating trying to get info on gaining mass when the majority of people are trying to loose weight.
Well the great news for you is that you’ve come to the right place, and once you are armed the correct info you can quickly gain about 22 pounds in a matter of 3 months, even if you eat like a horse and can’t seem to gain a pound. Here is a list of four things you should know right this minute to get started.
1. Diet, Nutrition
OK lets get started. First off you need to know is you have to consume massive amounts of food. I’m not advising you to eat a lot of junk food here. Fast food is chocked full of empty calories that will not help you to get to you’re muscle building goal. You should eat clean. Good foods like egg whites and whole wheat bread will get you to where you’re going.
To gain weight without gaining fat you need to balence all of you’re meals. It breaks down like this; four G. of carbs for every pound of body weight, 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and 30% of you’re diet coming from healthy fat like fish oil and nuts for instance.
2. Take a shake three times a day
Sitting down and eating 6 whole meals every single day is a daunting task. You will make it a lot simpler just by drinking a shake a couple times a day. You have a couple different ways to go here. First thing, you take a mass building MRP (Meal Replacement Powder) that has all the carbs in it that you should have. A good choice would be pro 5 mass complex or monster food.
The option I like myself is to get a plain protein powder and put in the carbs in myself. I learned this method from Anthony Ellis. You can check out my review of his book at Anthony Ellis Review. So anyway here is one of the recipes I use, 12-16 ounces water, 3-4 whole ice cubes, six frozen strawberries, 1 1/2 bananas, 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, plus two scoops of protein. The whipping cream gives it a good flavor and you are adding in all the carbohydrates that you need.
3. Drink a lot of water through out the day
Drinking 10 glasses of filtered water through out the day has a whole host of positive effects. You can very easily drink the amount of water you need to have by putting down one to two glasses with every meal.
4. Get into the gym
Is there a way to gain muscle without getting into to your gym? Well no. It is not possable to pack on muscle without getting to to the gym. There’s one more important thing you need to know. You’re going to want to lift heavy weights. Lifting heavy stimulates a larger number of muscle fibers. You’ll grow much faster if you activate a large amount of muscle fibers. So that in a nutshell is how to get big. Now go get yourself into the gym.
