Grow Your Muscles
I wanted to show you how to grow your muscles. A lot of people surprisingly don’t have much knowledge on this. They follow the same generalized information like “lift big” or something like that. There is a lot more to being successful at this that most people don’t understand. The fact is that after the first month of training most people hit a plateau. It’s the people that can continuously grow muscles month after month that have a solid foundation of the proper training techniques. I’ve been training in this for almost a decade now and I had my ups and downs, but in that time I learned a lot. I’m going to show you exactly what you need to do to grow your muscles.
Workouts are important, but diets are even more important. You can have the best workout in the world and you’ll get no where without a decent diet to help muscles grow. A lot of people think it is difficult to eat properly for muscle growth. It really isn’t. There are a lot of little things you can do, such as cutting out processed foods. These types of foods are full of chemicals that actually slow down the process of growth. By cutting them out and eating “real” food, you get better results.
When it comes to working out to grow your muscles, there is more of a philosophy behind it. I see plenty of people working out for more than an hour and they don’t even break a sweat. You don’t need long workouts, but you need to sweat. The key to forcing muscles to grow is short period of high intensity weight lifting. I workout for only seven minutes, but it is extremely intense and for that, my muscles grow.
The 7 Minute Muscle will grow your muscles.
