Wrong! In order to create fat loss, Ab workouts alone don’t create enough of a metabolic response in your body.

Here is what i mean… A certain number of exercises that directly target the abs and core is good, but these are only a small part of the program that can be used, as your time is better spent focusing on the full body exercises that stimulate the greatest hormonal and metabolic changes within the body. In addition, a side-effect of working out using mostly full body multi-joint combo exercises are that you indirectly work your entire midsection even though you are not specifically targeting the abs.
The right nutrition is very important in building great abs. You cannot include junk food in your diet if you want to lose weight and gain muscle. The importance of nutrition is vital in muscle building.
