Eat Foods That Burn Fat!
Now, some of these aren’t foods that burn fat themselves but they are incredibly beneficial in helping get rid of it. Some increase your metabolism which is needed to help burn more fat all day. These are just a few examples of food that will not just help you lose weight fast, but are foods that burn fat and lose weight.
Apples- Increases blood sugar levels gradually and safely. Apples will help you feel full and it also has a good amount of fiber that helps flush your system. Apples have in them malic acid which has fat burning qualities.
Apple Cider Vinegar- Good for use as a salad dressing. It is a diuretic (helps increase urine flow and flush out kidneys) but also the fermentation that took place to make the vinegar causes certain things to happen which will not only scrub your cells, but will also help eliminate fat deposits.
Asparagus- Has a natural fluid flushing quality (helps increase urine flow and lowers the chances of getting kidney stones by flushing out the kidneys). The alkaloids in asparagus also helps break down fat and also breaks up oxalic acid that allows fat cells to bond to each other. Asparagus is one of the best foods that burn fat and is also good with a grilled steak.
Cabbage- Has high levels of sulfur and iodine that help to clean waste material out of the body. It works especially well at cleaning the mucous membranes in the stomach and intestines. This is one of the best foods that burn belly fat.
Carrots- Helps speed up metabolism because of the high levels of Vitamin A. It causes your body to flush out fat and waste. It also causes a reaction in your cells where fat deposits are removed.
Cucumber- Has high levels of silicon and sulfur causes uric acid to be washed out. Uric acid being removed help loosen the fat from cells and stimulates fat removal.
Grapefruit- High in pectin which is great for breaking down fat cells and is rich in an acid that fights cholesterol and fat. Other citrus fruits are also very good foods that burn fat.
Soybeans- High in lecithin which helps block fat from absorbing into the cells and also helps break down deposits of fat.
There are other foods that will help as well but the key to these is you have to eat all of them. Remember that some of the foods loosen the fat deposits while others work to remove the loosened fat deposits from the body. You need to do both. You should also drink a lot of water. This will not only help flush out your body but keep your body hydrated. When your body is adequately hydrated, it has little need to store it so you gain less weight. Drinking water will also help speed up your metabolism. You will also have to make sure that you exercise. If you change your lifestyle to one that is active, drink plenty of water, and eat foods that burn fat you will find yourself losing weight in no time.

I agree to the information above. I started eating apples regularly a few months ago and then after 2-3 weeks. I have lost some weight with mild exercises.
Also, sugar can provide us bodybuilders with that quick boost of energy needed for rapid, intense workout sessions. However, sugar can just as quickly cause detrimental effects, which will be elaborated on in the subsequent section. Just remember that every food has its purpose, and as a bodybuilder i know that the time at which a food is eaten can make the difference in whether the food is beneficial or detrimental.
True an apple a day keeps the doctor away, if more people could only learn to say no to junk food and rather snack on an apple or something fresh we’d be a much healthier nation…
