Are My Biceps Getting Bigger Already?

Poached eggIt’s funny, I don’t feel hungry but I still have the urge to eat.  No matter what my urges, I’ve been real good today.  I had two plums, an apple and a poached egg.

Even though I wasn’t going to, I weighed myself this morning and I’ve dropped nearly four kilos.  Isn’t that crazy?  I reckon the next two kilos will come off real quick then it’ll be down to real weightloss.

After watching Dr. Phil while on the treadmill today, I gave my arms a hammering with my dumbbells.  I swear I can feel my biceps getting bigger already.  I did another 25 mins walking while the family had dinner.  It’s a good system, takes my mind off eating while all the food’s on the table.

 When I have lost around 8 kilos, I will be working on gaining muscle as much as I can.  From everything I’ve read, increasing my muscle bulk will be the best help for losing fat.

  2. No, I haven’t really noticed. That doesn’t mean it has or hasn’t. Could be either way.
